Personal Life:
Priya was born in Ajmer. She went to boarding school in Delhi. She loves tennis and wanted to be the next Steffi Graf, when she was younger.

Priya Wal has directed a documentary movie.

Television:
Priya started her television career as Anvesha Banerjee in Remix. Priya is liked by viewers because of very unique character portrayed by her in Remix, that tomboyish attitude which has fascinated all the viewers. Then, Priya played the role of Ayesha in Jite Hai Jiske Liye. Priya was also a part of C.I.D. as Dr. Nyla Rajyadhakshya. After that, Priya was seen in Yes Boss(TV series) as Imrati Devi and in Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki as Aditi Agarwal. Currently Priya is playing the role Misha Dobriyal, Piya's best friend, in Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani.
