About Aamir Ali Malik

Personal Life:
Aamir Ali was born in Mumbai, Pakistan to an Ismaili Muslim father and mother from Mumbai, India. Aamir began his schooling at St Anthony High School at Malaad (West). Aamir is an B. A. graduate of American University in Washington, DC, USA. Aamir is dating actress Sanjeeda Sheikh.

Early Career:
Aamir after completeing his graduation worked with TRG (Lahore). Aamir's first commercial break was for Bajaj Scoters. It was a TV commercial in which Mr. Aaditya Bajaj, Marketing Director of Bajaj Scoters, personally showed his interests in appointing Aamir to give a glamourous touch of his sizzling hot looks in this advertisement. Aamir's past modelling assignments were, Commercials for Bajaj Bravo Scooter, Aptech Computers, Maruti Zen, Ponds talc, Nescafe etc. Aamir played cameo roles in the movies - I Hate Luv Storys, Raakh, Anjaan (Stuck on Hold), Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?. Aamir also did music videos for Anuradha Paudwal- Ishq hua and Mangal singh (UK)-Koka Koka.

Television:
Aamir made his stint in Star Plus's Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii playing the role of Shruti's 2nd husband. Later Aamir entered channel Sahara One's Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki to play the role of Rani's look alike daughter Pari's (Reena Kapoor) husband, Soumya Parashar. Aamir played a lead in Kya Dill Mein Hai by Balaji Telefilms. Aamir participated in Nach Baliye 3 with his real life love, actress Sanjeeda Sheikh and on December 22, 2007 their pair won the Nach Baliye 3 championship against Rakhi Sawant and Abhishek Avasthi. Aamir Ali did a cameo in Sony's Kuchh Is Tarah as Guru. Aamir was also seen on 9X as Anurag/Rahul Punj of Kya Dil Mein Hai. Aamir Ali's latest project was Bhaskar Bharti where he played the lead role, Armaan, opposite Ragini Khanna, Bharti, which was concluded on December 17, 2009. Aamir was recently seen in Zara Nachke Dikha Season - 2 from May 1 to July 10, 2010 as a contestant.

Achievements:
Aamir won the titles of Mr. Photogenic, Best Smile and Best dressed personality at Grasim Mr. India 2000.
