    Hi - my name is Shirin Nathani.
    Amit Khanna and I were best friends in college - and yes ONLY friends, even though everyone always thought we were dating because we were inseparable!! But we never saw each other that way, we were just great friends and could talk for hours about everything and nothing. We also thought about printing and wearing coordinated T-shirts that said "JUST" and "FRIENDS". That was always one of our peevs, no-one ever asked me out in college because they thought they'd get beaten up by Amit and of-course vice versa! And yes he had huge biceps even then and loved to flex them for the girls ;)

    We went to Mithibai College and in my Second Year of BComm I moved to Canada with my family. Amit even then was into Acting, Singing and Dancing - pretty much all the arts and he used to work out everyday in Juhu - where we lived! That is one of the things I admired about him, even when the rest of us would be stressing over exams, he had the discipline and would not skip his work-outs or acting classes. And among our group of friends even then we knew he'd be famous and in Bollywood some day :)

    But I'm really glad he also decided to persue his MBA in addition to his acting career!

    I am currently in Toronto, Canada and I know its been over 10 years which seems like ages!! But I'm trying to find my good ole' friend - Amit. So if anyone can help get us connected, I would really appreciate that. I was trying to find Amit on Facebook or Twitter and I came across this website so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm planning to come to India this year or the next and am hoping that we can do a reunion of sorts - but don't know where any of our college friends are anymore :(

    We were a dynamic, ambitious bunch and seemed to have gone our separate ways with our career and lives! If you guys are reading this - I am on Facebook, lets get connected again.........its been a wihile.

    Amit has a lot of potential. He's really good in whatever role he's done so far. I guess it must run in the family. Ragini is equally amazing. :)
