The way you have portrayed the transformation of the submissive, sacrificing Devyani to the stronger willed is very remarkable. You have portrayed the transformation very realistically. The portrayal of the inner conflict you go through every time you speak to your sister about your husband and his wrong-doings is simply brilliant. Your expressive eyes and the expressions convey more than the dialogues themselves. Your expressive eyes, the expressions, the dialogues all combined together produce a very powerful screen presence. Your silence and your expressions themselves speak volumes. All in all, the character of Devyani has been etched beautifully.

Maryaada best serial really we can see whats happening in real life too... devyaani u r fantastic the way u carry yourself is awesome u have so much patience in spite of such a criminal husband ... hope she opens it ...love all characters only problem is timing slot otherwise superb serial

Dear Indraniji, you have portrayed Devyani's varied emotions so well in the last few episodes that you simply leave the audience astounded. The ease with which you oscillate between emotions is simply fabulous. The manner in which you portray the character of Devyani is so realistic that you bring the character of Devyani alive and make us feel that Devyani is not a character in Maryada, but a person in real life.
