The era brought forth the talents of the dynamic Khans - Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, as well as the gorgeous belles - Rani Mukherjee, Kajol Devgn and Madhuri Dixit-Nene, just to name a few. At such a progressive point, the music industry also pulled its socks up and soared quite well with the likes of Kumar Sanu, Udit Narayan, Anuradha Paudwal and Alka Yagnik. The most popular tunes amongst these movies are "Tujhe Dekha To", "Main Koi Aisa Geet Gaoon" "Baazigar O Baazigar", "Mhare Hiwda", "Chaiyya Chaiyya", "Pehla Nasha", "Taal Se Taal" and "Yeh Bandhan" respectively.

    Incomplete article...the writer has just mentioned some of the popular songs while there were so many...what about "mujhey neend na aaye" from Dil? Or "Sona Kitna Sona Hain" from Hero. No 1...and these aren't the only two, there are so many songs which are played everyday so it is disappointing not to find any of them...sad...

    Ah.. Really got nostalgic by reading this article. 90s was the melodious songs Era. Grown up singing and humming these songs.. I still remember singing these songs while playing Antakshari. Now we rarely play Antakshari.. Really miss those times..
