i dont know why is everyone being so hard on him...i mean he is doing a movie.....i agree with abru07 he is an actor and they do different roles....

and for some one called Little foot there who is saying sikhs arent nice, i think u should watch ur mouth before u make these kinda comments.

I think he still looks really cute. Plus, he is an actor. He needs to think outside of the box and try different things...and last I checked, shimit amin was a good director so I m sure ranbir trusts him.
Also, if you all are real fans of ranbir, you should like him no-matter-what
If growing the beard makes you feel awful about him, then you should remember he is an actor NOT a model.
Also, actors do take risks with their looks when they do different roles, like srk in chak de with a stubble, vivek in mission... with long hair, amir in ghajini with sort-of bald head, hrithik in krish with long hair, shahid in kaminey...and except for kaminey (which is not out yet), all movies have been successes!!!
