As it's yet another month, BollyCurry is back with movies gracing the big screens this upcoming month. It seems, the month of March is going to see a good mix of movies - some that are very anticipated big releases while others with not-so-exciting features. Diving right into the content, let's look at the releases this month!
The first week of March is going to see five new flicks, with one of them being the most anticipated movie of the year. Gulaab Gang is a women-centric social film featuring the gorgeous beauties of Bollywood, Madhuri Dixit Nene and Juhi Chawla. What makes this movie the most looked forward to is the casting of these two divas and the fact that they haven't been seen together in a frame before. Both are also making a comeback after a period of time with this unique project. The movie revolves around the fight put by a group of women who are fighting for their rights and against social injustice occurring in society. The other big release of the week is the Kangana Ranaut featured Queen. With the trailer of the film being coldly received by critics and audience alike, it remains to be seen how it floats against its competition. Some of the other releases of this week are Total Siyappa, P Se PM Tak and Traffic.
The second week is when there is much less of a competition as there are only two releases with one of them being a biggie starring Sonam Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana in leads with Rishi Kapoor as the supporting cast. Bewakoofiyan, a YRF adventure, is a romantic comedy whose trailer failed to garner much excitement in critics and audiences alike, but with mixed reviews on its music and less competition, we still see a scope for the film - though the ongoing World Cricket Cup can become a barrier in its success. The other release of the week is a thriller named W, directed by Tarun Madan Chopra under the banner of Legacy Films Production.
The next week gives the audience a variety to choose from as the big screens will see six releases including Ragini MMS 2, Jal, Ankhon Dekhi, O Teri, Gang of Ghosts and I Love Desi. Out of the lot, Ragini MMS 2 seems to come out as the possible winner of the week, due to it being a prequel to the already successful Ragini MMS (2011). Also, it features Sunny Leone, who gave her best performance in her recent release Jackpot. With Sunny working as a crowd puller and an intriguing soundtrack, the movie is expected to have a decent opening. Another possible movie to look out for is Gang of Ghosts, a paranormal comedy film whose cast includes Sharman Joshi, Mahie Gill, Anupam Kher, and Jackie Shroff, among others. Taking their past works in consideration and the response of its trailer, this movie has potential as well.
The last and final week of March sees two more releases, Youngistaan and Dishkiyaoon. While Youngistaan is a political drama starring Jackky Bhagnani, Neha Sharma, Farooq Shaikh and Boman Irani, on its opposite side is action filled Dishkiyaoon featuring Sunny Leone and Harman Baweja. With Youngistaan's music and trailer receiving a positive response, the hype for the movie is only expected to rise as the month proceeds.
Here's what Bollywood has to offer during this month of March. While there are few anticipated ones which are likely to garner audience and critics attention, there are also some whose trailers haven't received the needed response. Only time will tell as to which ones comes out on top. On that note we ask, is there any particular one you are eagerly waiting for or one that has really captured your interest? I'm rooting for Queen. Seems to be a interesting film. Kangana is too good in the trailer. =)

LMAO! I read Gang of Ghosts as 'Gangs of Wasseypur'. LOL
