With the onset of February, the month of love, we are once again immersed in the whimsical atmosphere of love. While people all across the world are busy celebrating the month of love, the Americans like to add bloom to the tradition by commemorating the same as the Heart Health Month. Talk about fitness and one name that outshines the others is that of the gorgeous Bong diva - Bipasha Basu. One wouldn't be surprised to know about Basu's alternate exercise routine for each day of the week. She works out with a pinch of moderation - focusing on every body part one at a time. Basu has a fondness for yoga, stretching, dancing, cardio exercises and surya-namaskars. She also happens to be the trend-setter of the kickboxing craze among the other celebrities. 
Next up, we have the beauty with some determination to talk about - Kareena Kapoor Khan. She took the industry by surprise with her size zero stint for the movie Tashan.Despite her hectic schedule, Khan manages to steal at least two hours per day for exercising and yoga to keep herself going. A pescatarian who also indulges in eggs, Khan's diet is full of healthy and nutritious food. Small portions after every three hours help her to maintain her energy while supporting her healthy lifestyle. She feels that putting restraint on food habits help as much as actively working out.
Any subject about fitness is incomplete without the mention of Bollywood's fashion icon, Sonam Kapoor. The actress is well-known not for her adolescent weight issues, but her hard work and fortitude to overcome it. Kapoor's cardio includes biking, and she also loves weight training. Her regimen consists of various work-outs like pilates, cardio, Bikram yoga and swimming. For Kapoor, warming up with a ten minute walk or surya-namaskar and cooling down sessions are a must! Her diet is also well balanced with maximal amount of water intake to help curb appetite and clean out toxins. 
The British-Indian actress who dazzles the screen with her mere presence, Katrina Kaif, has the svelte figure that we can only dream about. Surprisingly, Kaif doesn't follow a complex work-out regime to keep herself fit. Her main exercises include yoga, swimming, cycling, jogging and some rare visits to the gym. What does keep her in shape is the perfect control on the food she eats. Throughout the day, she intakes small amounts of extremely light and nutritious food; thus, keeping her energy up.
When it comes to keeping fit, one name to reckon with is Hrithik RoshanThe actor set a benchmark with his first movie itself. In contrast to popular belief, Roshan works out only four to five days a week instead of doing daily exercises. Given his regularity in exercising, he likes to carry his exercise equipment while on road with his favorite being dumbbells. He partakes in cardio exercises to keep his heart rate up, along with cycling and treadmill for thighs, crunches for the stomach and swimming or jogging for body flexibility. His diet has few restrictions because of his strenuous workouts. Nevertheless, he prefers to monitor his food routine.
Over the time, one man who has consistently had the best body in Bollywood is Salman KhanKhan was one of the first actors to attain an admirable physique and the coveted six pack abs as a result of his intense training. Despite his tiring schedule, he doesn't falter from his exercise, even if that means working out at the strangest hours. He works out for about three hours every day and does 1000 push-ups or 2000 sit-ups on a regular basis. His regimen includes crunches, chin-ups and pull-ups. His cardiovascular exercise of choice is the old school cycling, and he can even be found cycling on the streets at time! He maintains a balanced diet and manages his routine without an outside trainer. 
John Abraham is the epitome of fitness for most people out there, having one of the most attractive bodies in the industry. He achieved all the laud due to his disciplined lifestyle and training course. The routine consists of cardiovascular exercises and weight training, crunches, pull-ups, bicep curls, leg lifts, among others. Like his former beau Bipasha, he too spends a good amount of his day engaging in kickboxing. He is a pescatarian and his diet includes huge portions of proteins.
Last on our list, we have the Khiladi of the tinsel town - Akshay KumarKumar's idea of fitness is more or less philosophical than practical. He believes in leading a happy life, and follows an early to bed, early to rise routine. His regimen comprises of a short walk followed by martial arts, kick boxing, shadow boxing, stretching, yoga and meditation. He prefers to satiate himself with food in a balanced manner and avoids dieting.

Why is kareena in this? She isnt even fittedt infact she is chubby she has put on a lot weight she shouldnt be here

From this list Katrina and Akshay have great bodies. Too much workout has made Bipasha's body manly. Not a great sign actually. I would never want that.
