Aishwarya Rai, the proud mother of Aaradhya Bachchan, has been absent from the silver screen for a long period now, leading to fan becoming restless. However, word has it that she will be coming to the forefront soon.

The breathtaking Bachchan Bahu, Rai, was the first ever Indian actress to become a jury member of the Cannes Film Festival, and has been attending the event as the global face of L'Oreal, alongside Andie MacDowell, Eva Longoria and Penelope Cruz year after year since 2002.

Although the actress has chosen to keep a low-profile since the birth of her five-month old daughter, rumour has it that Rai will be making an appearance at the cinematic fiesta in the French Riviera despite her added duties as a mother. She has every intention to walk down the red carpet for the 11th time, but Rai holds no desire to attend alone. Yes, that's right! Aaradhya Bachchan will be in Mummy's arms the whole way, meaning Beti B will be having her bags packed for the second time this year, prior to her recent vacation in Dubai.

As always, Rai will be closely followed by eagled-eyed critics during her visit at the annual film festival to see the iconic beauty's preferred fashion sense at the event, as well as what she decides to don on her daughter.

The invites-only festival will also see Arjun Rampal and Bipasha Basu joining Bachchan Bahu on the red carpet during May 16 to the 27th next month.
