Rockstar was pathbreaking in certain ways - despite all the criticism it received (some of which was fair, but much exaggerated) but most of all Ranbir Kapoor set up entirely new standards for his ownself post this one. As for the concept of the movie - FANTASTIC! It could have been executed in a more crisp manner (editing wise especially) and hey, a female lead who could actually act - but it was still a start of a genre of its own kind. Kudos to that, and congratulations to the team for its awards! [As long as no one gives any credit for anything of phenomenon in this movie to Fakhri - I'm with them on their page!]

Shouldn't there just be 1 or 2 award functions a year? We get something like 10 award functions with the same people winning the awards.
I say we keep IIFA Awards and Filmfare Awards and ditch the rest.
