Dhawan's Judwaa returns with a sequel, but this time it will undergo some noticeable changes.

The 1997 action comedy originally featured Salman Khan essaying the double role of estranged twins as he romanced Karisma Kapur and Rambha. The movie was directed by comedy King David Dhawan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

However, the latest news is that Sajid Khan (Housefull) will occupy the director's seat this time around whilst Salman Khan, whose busy calendar proved to be a problem, will be replaced by Saif Ali Khan!

As of yet, nothing has been revealed in regards to the female leads or plot. The rumored to-be director Sajid Khan, is busy with the post-production of his Housefull sequel followed by the screenplay of his next flick starring Ajay Devgn, and thus the project will remain on the back burner for at least a bit longer.

Filming for Judwaa 2 is unlikely to go on the floor until next year, but will that be enough time to convince fans that Saif Ali Khan can truly replace Salman in one of the biggest hits of '97?

NOOO are they stupid they should keep sallu as the lead!!!! Sajid will ruin it ughhh this is what happens when you let dumb people direct a film now we will have to leave our brains at home!!

Just hope Saif does justice to the role that Salman had essayed with ease... some how being optimistic after watching Saif's little bit of humor roles in few movies but especially Hum Saath Saath Hain...

Ok so he's gonna Ruin a Classic like Judwaa?! It was amazing wit Salman Only otherwise a Flop ! Saif CANNOT Act !! Hope they Reconsider dis :|

Two things the bollywood industry needs in order to be successful in the future is an end to sequels/remakes and the end of item songs. Hence, we need good SCRIPT WRITERS.

Sajid Khan...God save us. The guy is useless, has no creativity, knows noting about movie-making and makes third-rate movies.
