Eijaz Khan, the man who stole the hearts of millions through the television industry, is back to steal some.

Eijaz Khan, the man who stole the hearts of millions through the television industry, is back to steal some.

After a long hiatus, the actor made a comeback on the big screen in Vinod Bachchan's successfully flick, Tanu Weds Manu. Eijaz now returns in yet another Vinod Bachchan production, Zilla Ghaziabad, sharing screen space with big names such as Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Vivek Oberoi and Minnisha Lamba.

In conversation with BollyCurry, Eijaz reveals his bit about the movie. When asked about his role in the film, he promptly replied saying, "I play Ombir Gujjar in the movie, who is the younger brother of Vivek Oberoi. I'm the trouble initiatior and my elder brother helps me out."

He also went on to say that the cast is absolutely supportive and it's because of them he signed the film. "Vivek helped me with my scenes, especially my dialogues. It's quite an interesting role. The chance to work with awesome actors like Baba, Arshad, Vivek and Paresh Rawal made me sign the project."
 
He also shared with us that he had a great time shooting for the movie. "I had an awesome time shooting the film in Wai, we had great weather too. Now we are wrapping up the movie in Bombay."
 
When asked about this role's similarity to his role in Tanu Weds Manu, Eijaz quipped, "My role in this movie is as different as it can be from Tanu Weds Manu."

Feeling nothing but respect for all his co-actors, Eijaz couldn't stop praising the rest of the cast of the movie. "I get to learn so much from my co-actors on every set, I feel like I'm an eager sponge there, absorbing everything I can. I really got floored by Paresh ji's sharp wit. Arshad has been such a great help. We had an awesome fight sequence to shoot together. I think most of my film time is with Vivek due to which i share a very good friendship with him now.  I think the positivity on the set is immense and it's gonna show in the film."
 
Slated to release on December 31, 2011, Zilla Ghaziabad is directed by Anand Kumar and produced by Vinod Bachchan.
