Singham's Kajal Aggrawal is extremely upset over the controversy of her bold topless cover pose for FHM magazine's issue this month. Aggrawal has issued public accusation against the magazine for having used post shoot tricks on the original shots such that her cover page splash has been transformed from her get up in a black tube to being topless. She also refutes of ever having given FHM an interview.

In his defense, editor of the FMH Magazine, Kabeer Sharma claims that the topless picture of Kajal is indeed real. Also, Sharma has further clarified the magazine being in possession of the raw pictures from the photo shoot (dated August 18, 2011) which they would be willing to release on the internet in evidence.

The magazine also produced a model release form signed by Kajal herself.

A rarer case of controversy on the Indian media front - both the allegations and counter refuting from the concerned parties is rather serious business, which we hope will be strictly dealt with - ending in justice for the truly wronged side.
