    The song from the film Upkar
    "mere desh kee dharatee, sonaa ugale, ugale heere motee" is so correct in suming up the country. India has definitely produced some gems (be Mahatma Gandhi, Rabindranath Tagore, Satyajit Ray etc who are renouned in the world)

    Swatantra diwas ki shubhkamna! please dont forget the thousands of women and men that risked their lives to give us a free Bharat, please dont take this freedom for granted! And have wonderful day and celebrate the freedom and take on the responsibility to free Bharat of corruption and other social ills, remember we have to be the change we want to see!!
