What sets Shahrukh Khan apart from many celebrities, is the warmth he
exudes as a person, and the extent he goes to, to ensure special
exceptions for those who matter.
Recently, at the receiving end of his
amiable self was the cast of Always Kabhi Kabhi,
an SRK home
production, who became the privileged first viewers to an informal
screening of sort, of Shahrukh's upcoming superhero flick, Ra.One.
The young cast, who were then shooting for the song 'Antenna' where
King Khan makes a special appearance himself, were treated to snatches
of much anticipated film inside Khan's own vanity van!
How that came to happen, you ask? Here's how...
Apparently, when the shooting of the song 'Antenna' was over, Satyajit asked SRK about his experience working for a film like Ra.One;
Khan impromptu asked him and the other kids to come aboard his van and
showed them there and then major sections of the film which is currently
in the final stages of its production.
surprisingly, the newcomers were overwhelmed by this gesture of their
producer, were all praise for the senior star and his work in the film,
describing the experience as one of having entered a space craft!
Roshan, mentioned how SRK in general had kept distance from the sets of
Always Kabhi Kabhi
, so that the newcomers wouldn't get too nervous by
his presence and just came around during the last month to up
interaction with them.
Undeniably, SRK's ways and concerns
are touching; yet one wonders about his strict orders to keep the
proceedings of his 2011 mega-venture Ra.One under wraps?! So much for discretion, as opposed to generous gesture!
