After gracing the cover of the first ever 'Green Life' magazine, Abhay Deol is taking his 'go green' attitude to the next level.

Apparently the actor has recently bought a one-acre plot of land in North Goa to build his dream house, which will be an out and out eco-friendly project! Abhay is planning on constructing a contemporary house on the land which is situated on a picturesque mountainside, surrounded by greenery and a great view.

It is rumored that the dream house will have four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and an open kitchen. Abhay's master bedroom will be on the first floor with a terrace. A 22-seater private screening room is also on the cards.

In charge of the mega-project are Abhay's friends and architect couple, Vishakha and Muninder Chowdhry. Muninder was heard confirming that Abhay wants a house which incorporates environmentally sustainable design and the construction will conform to LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Platinum standards in its development.

We applaud Abhay for emulating his 'low on words, high on action' approach towards his career and actually walking the walk when it comes to the environment!
