Despite the fact that he hasn't been feeling up to par, Hrithik managed to stay strong to participate in the various promotions for the past few weeks. Along with shooting an episode for Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Hrithik even flew out to London and Dubai with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to promote the upcoming film. And if that wasn't enough, after he returned, he even went out to Ahmedabad for more promotions. But that was all that his body could take because as soon as he came back, his body rejected anymore stress for him to take.

 

Now it seems that along with being weak, Hrithik has been on bed rest for the past few days.
