Recently, superhero movies seem to have gained popularity like never before. From Krissh to Disney's Zokkomon to the new Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra.One, everyone seems to have joined this new craze.

The newest member of the superhero bandwagon is none other than director Anurag Kashyap! He will be adapting Raj Comics' superhero book, Doga.


It has been heard that theatre to cinema traveled Kunal Kapoor, previously seen in movies like Rang De Basanti and Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, has been signed on to play the lead character.


Being able to star in this movie is a dream come true for Kunal, who happens to be an ardent fan of graphic fiction. He has quite a collection of comic books and associated memorabilia, especially those of Japanese Manga comics.


Anurag has directed other artsy films like Black Friday, No Smoking and Dev D, and with him behind the helm, we are truly excited to see what he has in store for us!
