After sizzling onscreen with The Dirty Picture and winning adulation as well as critical acclaim, (not to forget, almost every prestigious award in tow) Vidya Balan goes the 'Boombat' way again for the FHM cover this month.
Gone are days of Vidya's prude and sober appearances, because this new side to her is challengingly sexy! The actress made jaws drop by first playing the bold and sensuous character of 'Silk' with great aplomb, then reverted briefly to simple look and a baby bump for promotions of Kahani, only to be back again with this steamy cover! Draped in a sheet like household blue check, Vidya - with a milky bare back and lose tendrils from a hast-ily put together bun, looks at ease making this bold cover.
Also find in FHM this month, interviews of Taylor Momsen, Valentino Rossi and Saif Ali Khan.

Y is she trying to be something she isn't? Fine I give her the benefit of doubt she did "Dirty picture" for professional reasons, to show her versatility and prove herself as a good actress. But what is the need for all this? There are only a few handful of female actors in our industry that have class and are pretty reserved. We don't need another one in the s**tty, show my body any chance I get category.
Dear Vidya, you're an amazing actor & congrats on the success of The Dirty Picture but drop the Silk image. Like now.

I dont know why but these days I get really disappionted seeing Vidya take on such bold poses on magazines/ films. She is an amazing actress and she doesn't need to be 'Silk' all the time to prove that.
I found her much more beautiful, respectable and much more of an actress in Pareenita. She needs to shed this silk image. Sooner rather than later.
