first and foremost.........these kissing scenes are not needed.......we usually forward through them anyways because most bollywood movies are watched with the family. Secondly, I miss the old days...were even if they wanted to show a kiss........they would fake it......like the hero head diving in for a kiss and then rest left to the imagination. That was both keeping respect of our indian traditions and still stating what they wanted to show. Why keep having these scenes when no one really watches them?
I agree with rose-girl and yuvika that these kissing scenes are not needed at all in our Bollywood movies...magic can be created without them as is proved from hundreds of movies...I don't understand why Bollywood keeps trying to follow in Hollywood's footsteps, I don't see any need to and feel like Bollywood is losing its unique character because of its attempt at trying to "blend in"
