Katrina's beauty and charm have won many hearts and accolades. Katrina had been voted the sexiest Woman alive (2008) by FHM India (magazine) and also the sexiest Asian woman in a poll conducted by British weekly Eastern Eye. Even more, she is the most searched Bollywood person on google. However, the criticism has come her way for improvement in acting skills and prove her mettle as an actress.  Now Katrina is ready to prove the critics wrong with her upcoming releases.

Katrina's upcoming releases are Prakash Jha's Rajneeti with Ranbir Kapoor, Ajay Devgan and Rajkumar Santoshi's 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' with Ranbir Kapoor and Upen Patel. Katrina is all set to prove her mettle as a good actor with these demanding roles. She believes Rajneeti will help her since she will be seen sans makeup. Although she credits her looks for presence in comedy flicks, now she is selecting roles that need much more hard work. Katrina is reported to have said that even though in the past she has done many successful comedies like Vipul Shah's 'Singh is Kinng,' David Dhawan's 'Partner,' and Anees Bazmee's 'Welcome,' she might not do another comedy movie in the near future.


Along with 'Rajneeti' and 'Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani', Katrina will also be seen in Yash Raj Film's 'New York' with John Abraham and Neil Nitin and Anthony D'Souza's 'Blue' opposite Akshay.
