26th January, 1950 was the day when the Indian Republic and the Constitution came into force. It is now the 62nd year we are embarking upon the celebration with our hearts full of pride and honour for our country. This day is celebrated every year with much enthusiasm and patriotism not only for it's importance, but the day also holds much for Indians right from the PM Rally, National Folk Dance and then conluding the ceremony with 'Beating the Retreat'.

    I loved what Shreya Ghoshal and Madhur Bhandarkar said! :)

    I also liked what Shekhar Kapur said a LOT too. People need to realise that Kashmir was and always will belong to INDIA!
