Paresh Rawal: Normally a STAR SON comes with a MENU CARD but Ranbir...

Actor Paresh Rawal has something to say for his onscreen son Ranbir Kapoor.

One of the ace actors in B'town is Paresh Rawal. While he has been entertaining the audience for many years now but, does quite a few films now. However, he will soon be seen playing Late actor Sunil Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani's film "Sanju". A film that is based on the life of superstar Sanjay Dutt played by Ranbir Kapoor. While the film is said to be all about the relationship between the father and the son (Sunil Dutt and Sanjay Dutt) recently, during an interview we asked him how was his off-screen bonding with Ranbir.

The actor not only spoke about Ranbir off-screen nature but, also expressed his views on Ranbir's choice of films and hard work for which he has been his fan since his initial few films.

"Ranbir (Kapoor) is not a moody kind of a person. Well, he keeps to himself but, he is not even like (someone who ignores you). If you call him (to talk or so) he won't be like, "I am really busy right now." He is absolutely casual. I was kind of zest. I am a big fan of him. Big-big fan of his work right from (his film) Rocket Singh - Salesman Of The Year. After that, Rajneeti came, Rockstar, Tamasha, Wake Up Sid...he did not play roles he played the characters in these films," said Paresh Rawal

Talking about how he became Ranbir's fan, the actor further adds, "Normally when a star son comes in Bollywood he does a kind of films that have some fight scenes with a few romantic songs... They make a menu card and enter into the film industry to showcase their talent. And he (Ranbir) has worked exactly the opposite way. He has chosen the characters and worked on it. As an actor, I was really impressed thinking who is this boy who has so much strength to take up these kinds of films. In Rajneeniti too, while working along with the big stars he stands out and shines in the film."

Well, it is not so often that big celebs speak so positive about young stars but, Ranbir Kapoor has surely got the biggest fan from one of our fine actors from the industry.
Meanwhile, Sanju is all set to hit the screens on June 29, 2018.
