Ali Abbas starts the recce on Salman Khan's next, "Bharat"

Salman Khan's upcoming film Bharat will be helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar.


After Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai director, Ali Abbas Zafar and superstar Salman Khan Salman Khan are all set for their third collaboration. 

Currently, Salman is shooting for his upcoming film Race 3 being helmed by Remo D'souza with the stellar star cast. 

However, Ali Abbas has started the recce on Bharat in full swing. Ali and his team have taken off to Europe for a heavy research with experts from abroad on the look and feel of the period from 1947 to 2010. 

"From there they will go into a full scout in Spain, Poland, Portugal and Malta. The film will also be shot at Punjab, Delhi and Abu Dhabi," adds a source to a leading tabloid.

While talking about the film, it is said to be an official remake of the 2014 Korean drama Ode to My Father. Bharat, scheduled for an EID release in 2019, is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Salman Khan's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri.

However, talking about Salman's schedule after returning back from Race 3's shoot in Bangkok he will take his Dabangg tour to Nepal with his co-stars, followed by the final schedule of Race 3 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Post that, he will be filming Dabangg 3 and Bharat simultaneously. 

Not just that Season 3 of his reality show Dus Ka Dum will start off around the same time for which he had recently shot a promotional video too.
