Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who was caught up in arms act case for the past 18 years, reached Jodhpur Court this morning for his hearing.
He was accused in the Arms Act Case of 1998 and has been acquitted of all charges. He pleaded "not guilty" to charges of violating the law by keeping unlicensed weapons and using them. Today after 18 years, the Jodhpur court let him off by giving him the benefit of doubt.
Salman, along with his co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu, were shooting for a film in the forests near Jodhpur in 1998. In the years gone by, the actor has faced multiple cases for allegedly killing two chinkaras and two black bucks on three hunts. In 2007, he even spent a week in jail in Jodhpur before being granted bail.
The judge has acquitted him of all the charges that he was accused of.

It takes 18 years to give final verdict. I think India needs to improve judicial system.
