Here's how Shahid will be welcoming his baby!

Shahid Kapoor shares how he is preparing for his baby's arrival...

Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor are expecting their first baby. The couple are very excited and are all set to welcome their little bundle of joy in their small world.

In a candid chat with Shahid, we asked him about the changes and preparations he is making to welcome his baby. Though he shares that everything will be tougher for him, he is still very excited and is taking the help of mobile apps to learn about parenting.

Will you be taking paternity leave?

I will take sometime out definitely. I am have planned it out.

How are you planning for fatherhood? Are you making small changes in your routine?

You know the amazing thing is you think mera baccha ayega na toh mein usko bataunga aise karna hai waise karna hai but I have already started feeling that it's the other way round. Before the baby has come only you start feeling like you need to adjust to be a father. I think it's the parents who change more and the child is going to be what the child is going to be.

So what changes are you making in your life?

It's difficult to talk about it now. Maybe I'll talk about it in my autobiography.

Are you excited or nervous right now?

I am excited.

Are you taking any classes for parenthood?

You know there are these really cool apps these days that you can download. There is this app called 'Baby Center'. My wife is a pro. She put this app on my phone and every week I get weekly updates and I get to know what ever I need to know.

Any special room or nursery for the baby?

Normal family. Normal husband and wife. Normal Baby. Normal things will happen. I am not going to make a building for the baby. Cot hoti hai kamra hota hai. wohi hoga na yaar. aur kya hoga.

Lastly, when asked him as to what does he want, a daughter or a son. To this Shahid, very sweetly replied, "I have no preferences. Both are equal for me."

so sweet...shahid will make a good father...wish him and mira all the best for upcoming bundle of joy...it seems like mira is more of technology savy while shahid has no much clue abt technology and apps...he shares a apps abt parenting...its nice of shahid to share the apps details to upcoming fathers..now many fathers will know abt parenting
