#JiahKhanSuicideCase: Sooraj Pancholi reveals shocking evidences!

It's almost three years now since Bollywood actress Jiah Khan had committed suicide. Instead of getting solved, the case is getting mysterious day by day and is impending justice.

The prime accused in the case, actor Sooraj Pancholi is having a tough time in order to prove his innocence in the matter; he has come up with some shocking evidences with respect to the case.

According to a report in Bombay Times, Sooraj has written a letter to the Juhu Police, CBI and Mumbai CP informing about certain novel evidences that he has found. In the letter, Sooraj has informed that a few weeks ago he had discovered that a London based business tycoon had written a mail to Mumbai Police in February, 2015 stating that his son had too faced similar accusations from Jiah's family in 2001. The actress was 14 years old when her mother accused his son for sexually exploiting Jiah. The trail court in London later justified that they were in a romantic relationship and whatever occurred between them was in agreement.

Also, during the trail the London police had provided evidences that Jiah had tried to commit suicide by silting her wrist.

However, Sooraj's lawyer Prashant Patil has alleged that Jiah's mother had not disclosed any information before the court about whether her daughter was hypersensitive. 

The reported quoted Adv. Patil stating that, "We will be filing the complete transcripts of the London case and Mr. Bloom is willing to personally come down and record his statement with Mumbai Police. It was in February 2005 he had written a mail to the Mumbai Police with information about Jiah's background that could prove to be strong evidence in the case". (sic)

Much to the horror, the transcripts from Mr. Bloom also claimed that Jiah had also undergone an abortion when she was minor.

The case is waiting for trail on its next date and more can be expected as the story unfolds.
