Women these days are achieving great heights. They are changing the perception that society once had about them. Be it professionally or at home, they are proving to the world that there is nothing a woman cannot do!

Even B-town women do not back when it comes to giving outstanding performance at their work and taking good care of their families at the same time. Along with being great actresses they are also super moms at their homes.

And one among them is our timeless beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The way Ash is striking balance between her personal and professional life is something we are all aware of. At every step she is striving to be the best mom ever and this has come evident at various events.

Recently, when she was a guest at a TV show, Yaar Mera Superstar, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shared, "Even if I have to leave for shoot, I make sure I prep up Aradhya for school and drop her before reaching to the sets. I work it out, plan it accordingly. Thankfully, the people I work with are extremely supportive. I have become a mother and want to experience motherhood. Why would I want to just delegate things? I have not given birth to my child just so that someone else can take care of her. I'm enjoying every phase of my life as a mother."

Aishwarya will be next seen in her upcoming film 'Sarabjit' along with Randeep Hooda and Richa Chadda. The film will hit the silver screens on 20^th May, 2016.

Even father's should also take equal responsibilities towards his children's it is not fair that a working women's should do all household work's,take care of children's and do all in-laws work's and go for job but working men's happily do only his office work ... society should change and give importance to girls and their parent's too when daughter in-laws are taking care of husband's parent's then son in-laws should too takecare of wife parent's. ...

Not her fan but what she said is admirable!! She can have any no. of nannies yet she chooses to do these little things for her daughter, its genuinely nice.

I have never been a fan of Aishwarya but her way to strike balance between work and motherhood is absolutely admirable! Specially when she has all the options in the world to chose the easy path!

Agree with her in principle. However, not everyone has the luxury of flexible work hours and sometimes you have to make the tough decision of leaving your child in the care of others.
