Shanoo Sharma's special treat for Bhumi Pednekar

Casting director Shanoo Sharma has organised a special screening of "Dum Laga Ke Haisha" for Bhumi Pednekar, who has jumped into the world of showbiz with the Yash Raj Films' project.

Bhumi, who was previously part of YRF's casting division, has been Sharma's assistant for over six years. This explains why Sharma has personally invited everyone for the screening to be held here Friday night.

Sharma says Bhumi has made her proud with her acting prowess and that the screening is a way to celebrate her success.

"I saw the movie and I was extremely proud of all the hard work put in by Bhumi, so I decided to have a screening for our friends and family to celebrate the movie by watching it with the people I love," Sharma said in a statement.

With a message that 'Love comes in all sizes', the movie "Dum Laga Ke Haisha" also stars Ayushmann Khurrana. It narrates the journey of a couple who get married under family pressure and shows how they move on from finding faults in physical appearances and find love.

Produced by Maneesh Sharma, the film is directed by Sharat Katariya. It hit the screens Friday.
