The screening will be attended by the director as well as the film's leading lady Deepika Padukone, said a statement.
"Ram Leela", also starring Ranveer Singh, is a contemporary take on William Shakespeare's famous play "Romeo-Juliet".
Co-produced by Kishore Lulla and Bhansali, "Ram Leela" will hit theatres in India Nov 15.
