Actor Anil Kapoor, who has recently joined Twitter, used the microblogging site to launch the first look of his debut TV production venture "24", an Indian version of the popular American suspense thriller series of the same name.
The 56-year-old actor Thursday shared a picture of the show on his official account. The promos of the show are expected to go on air in August.
"First look of '24' India! The teaser looks great ... can't wait to show it to you guys," Anil posted on Twitter.
The show will be aired on Colors channel. It features Anil in the lead role of counter-terrorism unit agent Jack Bauer, which was originally essayed by actor Kiefer Sutherland.
Directed by Abhinay Deo, the show has been written by Rensil Dsilva. Shabana Azmi, Tisca Chopra and Mandira Bedi would also feature in the cast, while seasoned actor Anupam Kher is likely do a cameo as a Research and Analysis Wing officer in it.
