"Dikshit was visibly moved by the film. She took a call on the tax exemption without hesitation," said a source.
Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra could barely contain his emotions. "What can I say? First Maharashtra, then Madhya Pradesh and now Delhi has granted 'Milkha...' a tax exemption. I am humbled by the unanimous acceptance of the spirit of Milkha."
