I don't think police can do anything with Sooraj. If she had filed a complaint in the past then maybe that could have been held accountable against him but she didn't. Even though she wrote what she went through in her diary there was no name mentioned. Police can't do anything based on that.
What he did to her - no one is saying that's right. But at the end of the day - she always had the choice to leave.
Fact is she was already emotionally unstable. She had previously tried to commit suicide and that shows that she had major issues.
to the people below me... sooraj used to rape her, beat her , made her forcefully abort her child ... and she was just emotionally a bit weak because of f**king asshole sooraj... he deserves worse than death!! imagine what all he has done to her that the only choice she had was suicide! she deserves complete justice..

Really...yyy...she took her own life...that's a crime...nobody killed her...if she wanted justice..she would have fighted for herself with her near and dear one's support...
too much has been said about something that Jiah ulitmately chose to do for herself. Whatever the looser did to her, he did not kill her and she always had the choice to move away and be strong. which she chose not to do. So I don't see why anyone should fight for this cause over many many more highly deserving causes
Justice for whom?...She is gone..and this was her personal tragedy...only she and Sooraj know the truth...
