A hunt for an item girl is on for Sanjay Dutt-starrer "Policegiri", a remake of Tamil hit "Saamy".

"We will soon shoot for an item number for this film. We are in search of an item girl, and once we finalise, we will make an official announcement," T.P. Aggarwal, the film's producer, told IANS.

"We will be shooting for the item song in Mumbai or Wai in March," he added,

Most of the film's shooting is done.

"We have already finished shooting 90 percent of the film. We have Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj and Prachi Desai playing prominent roles. Presently we are shooting in Hyderabad," said Aggarwal.

"Policegiri" is slated to release June 14.
