Indian-American actor Omi Vaidya's documentary "Big In Bollywood", which was recently declared the best foreign film at the Las Vegas Film Festival, will now be screened at the Indian Film Festival Japan (IFFJ).
"My doc, 'Big In Bollywood' screens in Tokyo, Japan Oct 7 at 9:20 pm at the IFFJ. Wish I could go," Omi tweeted.
The documentary chronicles Omi's struggling days as an actor in Los Angeles and how he lands a dream role in the blockbuster "3 Idiots".
The seven-day film fest, starting Saturday, aims at providing a common platform for both India and Japanese cinemas in order to understand and appreciate the film cultures of both countries.
