Director-producer Anurag Kashyap, known for his cult films, is happy producing Manoj Bajpai's "Chittagong" and said the film will finally come out towards the middle of the next month.
"This film is finally coming out and will see the light of the day. I know how this film was made and how it was put together. In fact, I got the star cast of 'Gangs of Wasseypur' through this film. Manoj introduced me to this film," Kashyap said at the music launch of the film held Thursday.
Directed by Bedabrata Pain, the film, featuring Manoj Bajpai and Nawazuddin Siddiqui among others, is slated for Oct 12 release.
Pain said one song titled 'Eshaan' is dedicated for his late 16-year-old son, Eshaan.
"This is a very emotional moment. Eshaan was my 16-year-old son and he was my biggest support. So I have a song which is dedicated to my son in the film," he said.
The music of the film is by Shankar Ehsan Loy and the lyrics have been written by Prasoon Joshi.
