Actor Kunal Khemu says he cancelled his Chandigarh trip to promote his forthcoming film "Blood Money" after he fell ill.
"Was looking forward to meeting everyone in Chandigarh today unfortunately have fallen sick. Feel really bad," tweeted the 25-year-old.
The film talks about a small-town boy who enters the diamond export business and is slowly sucked into the underworld. The film also stars Amrita Puri of "Aisha" fame in the female lead.
Shreyas Talpade congratulates Celina on new-born
Actor Shreyas Talpade congratulated Celina Jaitly and her husband Peter Haag on the birth of their twin boys.
"Congratulations to my friend Celina Jaitly. And Peter Haag. God bless the family. Beginning of a new innings," tweeted Shreyas who worked with the actress in the 2009 movie "Paying Guests".
The twins born in Dubai Saturday have been named Winston and Viraaj.
Celina married Dubai-based Austrian businessman Haag last year in July at a 1,000-year-old monastery in Austria. Ever since her wedding, she has been living in Dubai.
Big B working hard for IPL night
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who will be hosting the opening ceremony of Indian Premier League (IPL) 5, is working very hard for the event.
"Up at 6 am and in studio to record for opening gala of IPL in Chennai on April 3rd," the actor tweeted Sunday morning.
The 69-year-old, who recently underwent two abdominal surgeries, will recite a special poem penned by writer-lyricist Prasoon Joshi on the opening night.
"Prasoon Joshi's poetry, Raju Singh's music, Wizcraft's event design, Captains of world cricket and the IPL .. humbled!!," he further posted.
The IPL 5 starts on April 4, a day after the opening ceremony, and the final of the tournament is scheduled to take place on May 27.
