Kareena, 30, practices yoga on a daily basis and follows a strict routine of two hours power yoga.

'Yoga has not just done wonders for Kareena's body but has also filled her with a lot of positive energy that reflects on her face. She definitely feels more confident and that comes across strongly on screen,' said a source close to the actress, who is currently dating Ali Khan">Saif Ali Khan.

She will be seen next in 'RA.One', 'Agent Vinod' and 'Bodyguard'.

'I remember, in school, I used to dread exams but for an actor, every Friday is like the biggest possible exam. So now, every other exam really seems like a cakewalk. And it's actually great fun going back to books. It takes you back to your college and school days, especially the dozing off before the end of the lecture bit. I am loving the experience!' said Kunal.
