Congrats to AR for the Grammy nods he's amazing, but to those that believe this is over rated…well it's really not!!! Jai Ho may not be the epitome of music genius for Mr. Rahman career, but it's managed to become a global success….now I ask you what other song from an Indian based or Bollywood movie has done such? (I'll wait ***crickets & tumbleweeds***) Yeah, that's what I thought…none!!! You will never hear of your average Joe or Jane from a place like Middle America relaxing to and appreciating the sounds of songs like Bombay Theme Music or the haunting and enrapturing voices in Khwaja Mere Khwaja…but throw on Jai Ho and everyone is tapping there feet! He crossed major boundaries with this one little song…jeez be happy for him!

congrats to him.. no doubt that he is a genius musician but this one is bit too hyped as he has given tons of good music which was better than this but may be this one is international project so this gave him recognition ..
