The music release of the film ‘Jugaad’ was held on 2nd December, 2008. Present on the occasion were the cast and crew of the film that included actor Manoj Bajpai, Govind Namdeo, Sanjay Mishra, director of the film R.Anand Kumar, producer Sandiip Kapur, music director Sanjay Gupta.


Apart from the cast and crew other actors like Manjari Fadnis, Jimmy Shergill, Shakti Kapoor and others were also present at the occasion.


The music for the film is given by Sachin Gupta, a 27 year old who earned fame with Atif’s album, ‘Doorie’. He entered Bollywood recently with his filmy composition for the film ‘Dil Kabbadi’.
The music album of ‘Jugaad’ has eight musical tracks that have a remix by Dj Sumit.


When asked about how difficult it was to compose music for a film was based on real life story, he quips “Well I won’t say it was difficult but it was more challenging and after doing more than 50 compositions I was pretty confident about it.”


“The music and songs of the film is really very good and surprisingly it is from such a young talent” says Manoj Bajpai .


“Music of the film is situational so it is more real and natural” says director R.Anand Kumar.


Sanjay Mishra also share few words on the music of the film and says “Its good,music director Sachin Gupta has done a great job.”


At the end the whole cast and crew thanked media for their presence at the event. On a whole, it was a successful music launch.


'Jugaad' is the real life story of its producer Sandiip Kapur. It is vocal of struggle of a successful CEO to survive and restart his life from a scratch. None of his jugaads and connections works in his favour to save him from complete devastation. This film is a combination of loss, pain and comical satire.


Its lyrics are by Sameer, screenplay & dialogues are by Bunty Rathore & Priyaank Dube and cinematographer is Prem Anand. It's produced under the banner of Promodome Films and is slated to release on 6th February, 2009.
